Have been going to Michelle's classes for 18 months and absolutely love them. It's a lovely atmosphere and with Michelle's direction it can be as challenging as you want it to be. I feel much stronger for going and it's done wonders for the hypermobility problems I was having with my knees, I haven't had so much as a twinge in over a year and used to take painkillers regularly before. I can't recommend Michelle's classes enough.
Just need to say I don't have a problem anymore! Before I found Pilates I was heading in the direction of a hernia repair. I would come in from work every night and my back would ache, I would go on long journeys and my back would ache. Now I have none of that and no need for an operation either! That's all down to Pilates and what I have learnt from Michelle!
